Booking
To book a session, please fill out the contact form or email me directly at info@carecounsellingcentre.com. I will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
Cancellation
Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for the session.
Intake sessions
In the initial sessions, we will take time to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit to work together. We will then identify the key issues you would like to explore further. Next, we will set clear goals and establish a flexible timeline to work toward achieving them.
Offline
Currently, individual sessions and couple therapy are available online. However, depending on your situation, I am also happy to take sessions outdoors in nature. Workshops and small group sessions are held at a fixed location when not conducted online.
